In today's hyper-connected world, Wi-Fi has become an indispensable part of our daily lives. It enables us to seamlessly access information, connect with others, and power countless smart devices.
Wi-Fi is the invisible force that binds us to the digital realm, and in this blog, we will delve into the fascinating world of Wi-Fi connections, exploring how to improve the quality of our WI-FI connection.
Wi-Fi operates within specific frequency bands, primarily in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz ranges. The availability of these frequency bands can vary depending on your location and the type of router you use. Different standards have been developed to ensure compatibility and efficiency in Wi-Fi connections, including 802.11n, 802.11ac, and the most recent 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6).
In this demonstration im using the Windows 11.
If you are using your PC/Laptop please follow the guide to make changes in your settings.
Press WIN + X
Select Device Manager from the list and proceed to the next step, It opens the full settings related to your device.
Select the Network Adapter from the settings menu and it expands and find your wifi aadapter, in this demonstration my network adapter is Realtek RTL8822CE, I have selected the aadapter and right click then open the properties section from there you need to go to the Advanced section.
Change the default configuration, for that scroll down the property section until you find the Transmit Power. Select the Option and set the value is Highest. For me, it is showing as 5. You have to set the value according to your system's allowed the highest value then only it will unlock the maximum potential to use the feature.
Wi-Fi has become an essential part of our modern world, enabling us to connect, communicate, and collaborate more efficiently than ever before. Its impact on our daily lives is immeasurable, and as technology continues to advance, we can expect Wi-Fi to keep pace, ensuring that we remain connected and empowered in an increasingly digital world. So, the next time you connect to Wi-Fi, take a moment to appreciate the remarkable technology that keeps our world linked together, one wireless connection at a time.
